If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

All returns are exchange only. Please contact us directly if you would like to exchange any item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition which you received your item(s).

Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately.

At the point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen, then we will ship it to you at our own expense.
